We recognise that healthy waterways are intrinsically linked to the health of Country and are dedicated to looking after these special places.​

 

RDAC is committed to: ​​

  • Providing opportunities to connect with and learn on Country. 

  • Advocating awareness around traditional ecological knowledge and its value in addressing contemporary, place-based environmental issues.

  • Promoting the integration of traditional land management practices into recovery projects to improve the resilience of Inland waterways.​​​​​

  • Supporting community led initiatives that are focused on conserving Inland rivers.

  • Building capacity and creating economic outcomes for community.

DR STUART ROWLAND COMES ON BOARD IN AN ADVISORY CAPACITY

Dr Stuart Rowland, a groundbreaking researcher with over 33 years’ experience with NSW Fisheries and author of the ‘The Codfather’ joins River Dreaming Aboriginal Corporation in an advisory capacity.
